I am Blake Brady, creator of this wellness blog website, and I am an exercise science student at Bellarmine University. This site is dedicated to promote resistance exercises to the older adult community as well as provide you with resources to learn more about resistance exercise, find out the benefits of performing them, and learn some exercises and how to properly perform them. This information I will be sharing is intended to inform as well as to encourage you to become more active and incorporate strength/ resistance exercises into an already organized workout routine, or to encourage you to begin one as it is very beneficial for your health.
